Since joining Allie Beth Allman & Associates, Savannah and her business partner, Amira Sullivan, have been honored as a top producing team. Savannah continues to offer her skills to a growing list of clients. As a 20-year resident of Dallas, she has first-hand knowledge of the area’s top schools, neighborhoods and hidden gems. Prior to joining Allie Beth Allman, Savannah enjoyed a successful career at Virginia Cook, where she and John were also top producers.
Savannah began her career in the corporate world working for two Fortune 500 companies. While building and renovating several homes, she discovered he had an intuitive feel for the real estate market. After 18 years in finance and sales, she made the leap to real estate and hasn’t looked back. Her corporate background sets her apart in this highly competitive marketplace. She is analytical, results oriented, and her loyal clients would also add caring. Savannah listens to his clients’ needs and has the strategic skills to deliver results.
Born in St. Louis, Savannah attended Texas A&M University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. While at A&M, he was an active member of his campus community and served as President of Beta Alpha Psi fraternity. Savannah later attended the Cox School of Business at SMU where she earned a Masters of Business Administration in finance and management consulting. She also holds his Graduate Realtor Designation.
Savannah resides in Preston Hollow with her husband Jim and their three children. She enjoys staying involved in the communities in which he works including Preston Hollow, Park Cities, Bluffview, Southlake, Lakewood and the Northern Dallas suburbs. She is a sustaining member of The Junior League of Dallas and is in the Junior Group of The Marianne Scruggs Garden Club. Savannah currently serves on the Good Shepherd Episcopal School Parents’ Board, and previously served as President of the Saint Michael Episcopal School Board. She is as passionate about the community as he is about homes, giving back as a volunteer with Jonathan’s Place, The Senior Source of Dallas, and Boy Scouts of America.
